Position Overview:
Are you a sports fanatic with a passion for providing outstanding customer service? Superdome Sports is looking for a Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming and assisting customers while driving revenue through Feild rentals, Birthday partys, Camps , and Classes bookings.
Key
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Provide information on facility services, rates, and upcoming events.
Process reservations for field rentals, birthday parties, events, camps, and classes.
Promote Superdome Sports offerings and upsell additional services to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
Assist with customer check-in and check-out procedures.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and programs.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Passion for sports and an understanding of various sports programs.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Basic computer skills and experience with reservation booking software.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
